airline or cruise line only if all of the following
conditions have been met:
- You purchased your
insurance within 14 days of your initial trip payment
date.
- The financial default
occurs more than 7 days after the Policy effective date.
- The financial default
results in the complete cessation of services of the tour
operator, airline or cruise line.
- The tour operator, airline
or cruise line is listed as a covered supplier on the
enclosed list.
- You have purchased your
insurance from a company other than the defaulting tour
operator, airline or cruise line, or their affiliates.
