Cancellation Policy

At Harmon Travel, we are committed to providing personalized service and thoughtful travel planning. To help us give each client the attention they deserve, all consultations are scheduled by appointment. The Initial Consultation is complimentary; however, a planning fee/service retainer will be assessed depending on the type and complexity of travel requested. Any applicable service fees will be communicated clearly before planning begins. To make the most of your appointment, please be prepared to share your desired destination, travel dates, budget, and any special preferences or requirements. This helps us better understand your vision and provide the most relevant recommendations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may limit future booking eligibility.. Our advisors will follow up after your consultation with next steps, quotes, or planning recommendations based on your travel needs. Response times may vary depending on advisor availability and trip complexity. Harmon Travel reserves the right to assign consultations to the advisor best suited to your travel style and destination.
